79dan, in this vid I was actually using a boss GT-6 with the amp modeler on for a Marshall amp, and then I went direct into the cameras audio input.

how is that possible?

You take the boss gt-6 and plug it into a mixer. You then take 1/8 inch jack out of the mixer into the cameras mic in port. That is how it is possible. It's called technology. :)
