  • PHOENIX, AZ has a KIDNAPPING problem. I don't understand anyone who wants to ignore that sad fact. The poor Illegals are kidnapped and abused daily...yet protesters/media/FAIR choose to ignore these abuses to their Basic Human Rights issues...that this new 1070 law will help prevent (if enforced).

Why not just E-verify EVERYONE...then the "racial" component is removed.

  • @a417az should we E-varyfy people from mumuslim countries?

  • @a417az

they're not kidnapped, they are stopped from ILLEGALLY INVADING AMERICAN SOIL! I migrated LEGALLY to this nation 30 years ago, and so did a lot of people i know and I am sick and tired of you liberal assholes acting like Mexicans are better than the entire rest of the world, you fucking racist prick!

  • Thank a ton, USCIS do great job,

Finally, I've got Green Card within 6 months.

Hope most of I-485 applicant get green card within 180 days too.

  • I am a member of FAIR. Over the years the organization has become quite rational and promotes the rule of law. In my humble view I prefer to have the Congress choose immigrants instead of the Mexican Mafia. What I mean by the Mexican Mafia is: A group of men collect a head-tax to be brought across the border. They choose our immigrants, not USCIS! Thus, we have allowed the Mafia to choose our immigrants. Should not USCIS and the Dept. of State do their job?

  • Immigration reform, the USCIS must serve better and faster for those legal immigrant applicants (customers paid required fees) before millions illegal immigrants get-in-line. Were so frustrated with USCIS officers worked in Tortoise manner; They getting good paycheck every month, sitting in comfortable rooms enjoy their life, while innumerable applicants suffering from their employers (I-485 application pending).

  • I realize that you are waiting patiently, but we already accept more immigrants than any country in the world. Our USCIS and Department of State do a wonderful job processing hundreds of thousands of applicants. Their workload is very heavy. They are underpaid, too! Last year they processed more than a million applications. Wait your turn... there are millions in line!

  • Is this guy gay, or he is just pretending?

  • Dan's remarks are spot on. Where is the rest of the press conference?
