You're right when you say that everyone has imperfections. Each time you enter a gym and perform these, or any exercises it should be done with a "perfectionist" mentality. When you sacrifice form, you inevitably increase the risk of injury. I'm sure this guy has come a long way since this video was posted. He was already doing pretty well in this one.
This is actually a student trying to do the moves for the first time, and since you know so much, you know that even Olympic caliber Olympic lifters work on form everyday and have imperfections in every lift therefore that is why they continue to practice. Trust me when I say that I will never allow an athlete to go up in weight and sacrificing technique. Always remember that this was about delivering tools to allow one to train for sport and not to deliver perfect form that's diff video.
@buttso01 I agree that form is something that should be worked on continuously but if you post a video please remember that there is some people who will follow what is demonstrated exactly as demonstrated. I have met triathletes who get all their training from videos without any form of coach and thus you are a 'coach' to them so you obviously want the best for your students. But the exercises are great and I'm not criticising. Just thought I should share. Thanks

You're form is weak on several of the moves. If you cleaned it up a bit this would be a pretty decent vid for beginners to learn from.
