On Halo 2 you could. It sucked sometimes because firefights got so crazy you might accidentally kill a team mate. And that team mate could be trigger happy in wanting to kick people.
Battlefield 2 had the best set up where people had to vote off. So if some over zealous "kicker" wanted to kic somebody, the others would have to approve first.
Halo 3 . . not sure , I don't play it as much since I don't like it as much, neither do the rest of the guys. And we're not as crazy anymore.

thanks , we can't record the same way on Halo 3. They ruined the communication and it's not as free anymore. Now you can only hear your team sometimes, but you can't hear the other team.

Both of us are on Halo 3 and COD4 mostly now. I play Battlefield Bad Company. We both hate the communication on Xbox 360. They cut out a lot of the communication capabilities, so our recordings aren't as ... VOCAL anymore :)
