Just the little I've seen of you it seems as your material would be right up the ECM alley.
What is hard for me to comprehend as a marketing strategy is all the albums you've done. The impressionistic nature of your sound (with hints of Eric Johnson's tone and a little big of Meddle era Pink Floyd) makes it seem that perhaps you're looking for a more organic presentation and not so much hung up on packaging yourself as an act? It's like you paint with guitar. Very interesting approach.
thanks for your comments, and you are actually spot on.It's not about marketing. To me, being a musician is very much like being a painter and each album is very much like a painting with it's own colors, themes, moods and atmospheres. I am working on my 146th album & am always fascinated where it takes me musically. The use of loops done on the fly and improvisation always make it a mystery, but themes eventually emerge while creating an album.oh, I'm a big fan of Eric Johnson's playing/tone/etc
