kateri, i go through the same thing! i weigh myself and it either goes up by point something or stays the same and i let it get to me...then it goes down! ok..i know now that it is gonna keep going down but i still agonize thinking the scale wont move....why?! i dont know!!! you are doing so well and i love to see you so happy!
