I kind of feel dumb for asking this, but is this song Chinese or Taiwanese? I only ask because i'm watching Hi My Sweetheart and this song is on there, but some sites say it's a Chinese drama and others say Taiwanese drama. So i'm just wondering...

Mandarin is the language, Mandarin is used in China and Taiwan so I'd say its both chinese and taiwanese. Its a Taiwanese Drama. But Taiwan is partly owned by china, so you could say its chinese. Its like saying American is English.
