Hauntingly enchanting and rare footage of beauty. Serious class! Whats the soundtrack? Top of my Pops! Top Tip - if you go to Venice again go to the Lido and stay in the Hotel Des Bains. This Hotel appears in the films A Death In Venice (Dirk Bogarde) and The English Patient (Ralph Fiennes). A must Top 100 best long weekend breaks - as compiled by me!. St. Mark's Square is a fantastic place to see the flambouancy and detail of the costumes, the atmosphere is electric.
