  • @ChemicalfireFTW cause you got more freedom of movement and your arms go far back so its naturally harder,also how much you bench is relative to your body weigh,245 lb is just good enough for a 74kg person and great for a 55 kg person,also when you weight less its harder to control large weights even if you can lift them

  • Mad props on pressing 90s for a girls...and all the people talking about juice...guys...just juicing doesnt make one strong...constant hard work does...as to full range of motion on the incline...my personal experience is when I do heavy weights like 225-275 lbs range, I try and keep a range of motion to a point where there isn't too muck stress on my elbows. If I am doing 185s I make sure I touch my chest with every rep..

  • @maccajoe O I do know how to lift a weight and while she does her set her legs move which is a not necessary to complete the exercise I am willing to bet if she laid flat planted her legs the lift would be much more difficult. Where am i getting my knowledge ? Experience , schooling , personal trainers and other lifters. In short she is lifting more like a power lifter then as a body builder

  • you only bring your lower back up on heavy benchpress for extra help no point doing it with dumbbells when they can do alot more damage to your shoulders since they move around easier

  • Regardless if she lift her butt or not the load is still being pushed with her chest. If you walk around with your shoulders hurting all the time, you might want check how you do your bench workouts. Muscles grow, rotator cuffs dont.
