Hi;

No, this is called 'Schill Bidding' and is against eBay Terms of Service. You will lose both accounts, and probably be banned from opening a new one.

I have one question how do you put a buy it now price on items

When you set your starting bid and your reserve (if applicable), you are given the option to also list the item with a BIN (buy it now) price in the initial auction listing setup. The BIN option only shows or is only available until a bid is placed. Once an opening bid is placed on your auction, the BIN option disappears.

Sure, you can sell it anywhere if you like; however, eBay does not allow instant downloads to be sold anymore. The pic of the cd is just one of the images you can use to sell it if you like.
