Which didn't start until they represented James' Sexual frustrations in the 2nd game... 3rd game they lost it a little... 4th game they were removed..... 5th game they returned but more like a combination of the ones from the 2nd game AND the movie. I guess 0rigins had the James Sunderland esque look to them too.... But yes, They all have big chest cause they usually represent sexual frustration or discomfort

everythin in SH universe represent something. PYRAMID head represents doctors with their selfish decisions which effects peoples life. Nurses represents that beutiful nureses with fake face gestures..they smile and try to look like happy but mostly fake.

Silent Hill is supposed to be a "mind" thriller. Everything was supposed to be the product of a diseased mind. The nurses were supposed to be overly sexual/lustful/dangerous and in a few scenes - the Pyramid Head character (very masculine) rapes several of the Nurses. The characters urges were always supposed to be in his subconscious.

Now I want to see this movie - sigh.
