Great video! I work for FedEx. I have to say in his defense that we FedEx drivers are equally as guilty when it comes to parking in fire lanes, blocking people, and parking spaces. This is an unfortunate but necessary part of the job which we try to minimize as much as possible. Now MaderaGuy if you had the camera on me in this situation I would probably just smile and apologize and get in and out as fast as possible. But, that guy doesn't deserve to wear the uniform. He's a loser.

A TON of criticism goes towards UPS/Fedex drivers and some of it is deserved. Throwing packages and such. Most people though don't realize the insane schedule they are under. They are held accountable for their route and are pretty much forced to act in the way they do to complete it on time. Freeway traffic jam? YOUR problem! Getting stopped by a pedestrian with questions? YOUR problem! Every vid of a UPS driver throwing a package he's in an extreme hurry. UPS doesn't care so neither do they.

I believe he was being VERY unproffessional (which is intollerable), but you have NO idea what this guy deals with on a daily basis. UPS workers have to deal with SO MUCH bullshit (from every direction)! imagine going out with 280 stops = 500 pieces A DAY! 50 of them have to be off before 10:30 am. dealing with oblivious drivers, bitchy impacient customers, retarded bosses, constant injuries, 12 hour days all year round. Criticizing is easy to do when your not facing the same problem!

This driver should not have reacted the way that he did, he was out of line and unprofessional, he did a lot of things in this video that UPS would have to talk to him about.BUT, we do have trouble finding parking spots, we have a time limit to make anything from 70 to 200+ stops per day. So its usually wherever we can find a spot, we don't stay there long, and dont care if cops are called,UPS pays for most parking fines

As a 11 year veteran of UPS I will state that while the driver was not very professional in handling that situation, there are many times where driving around looking for a proper spot is simply not feasible. The trucks are too big, and the time needed to make the delivery and or pickup is simply too short to be worried about parking in a proper parking space. When I would go into strip malls I would try to park like that driver did in an area where I would be in the way as little as possible.
