@Dan0101010101010 The bag is slightly soft, and requires a very narrow grip. These two things make it very difficult compared to a barbell. I would say that a 185 lb barbell is almost easier than this 100 lb heavy bag. It's useful for me because it simulates lifting a female dance partner.
@Dan0101010101010 The bag was pre-filled and I paid $100 for it at Title MMA, but shipping was like $40 or $50. Shipping an empty bag to save $30 on shipping is not worth it because it's very hard and expensive to fill your own bag. I also need to build something to hold up this bag so I can punch and kick it.
I wish to do the same but my bag bends too easily what do you fill your bag with?
