  • Thanks for the comment. I'll use that advice next time. Good job on the 4:55!

  • Next time don't go to failure on that first set. Setting yourself for trouble. Do half of your normal failure set in the beginning, then go to singles every 8-10 seconds after that. Also, take off your shoes, why lift another 2-3lbs 30 times if you don't have too.
