@HeySenthil Uh, that's a tough one. Let me think a minute. The ghost dances are specific to certain tribes and not all. Keep in mind that we're over 500 tribes, all with different languages & beliefs. So it is kinda difficult for me to tell you exactly which nations are ghost dance nations and which not. But now that you mention it, I have never heard of any north east & south east tribes that dance the gd. It's more common among plain nations. Woah, you're really giving me a hard time with this

@HeySenthil Uh, that's a tough one. Let me think a minute. The ghost dances are specific to certain tribes and not all. Keep in mind that we're over 500 tribes, all with different languages & beliefs. So it is kinda difficult for me to tell you exactly which nations are ghost dance nations and which not. But now that you mention it, I have never heard of any north east & south east tribes that dance the gd. It's more common among plain nations. Woah, you're really giving me a hard time with this

The Ghost Dance was brought to Smohalla, a Wanapum Priest living at P'na on the Columbia River. His main lodge was at Coyote Rapids-you can still see the lodge outlines. He carried this religion all the way to the SW, the Plains states, etc-after he returned from the dead. The story can be found in the book "Drummers and Dreamers" by Click Relander-who knew the last of the Wanapum.

No one would listen to him because they where greedy and he posed a threat to the things they had to gain from doing business with the white. So they could be the "middle man" for trade for their own personal gain. Thats how and why they sold their native brothers out to the whites. Learn your history and the order in which it occurred then you can understand the truth. The Native Americans where no different then the Europeans. They where out for their own benefit and if that meant selling out other Native Americans so be it. They also didn't care about wasting food they where just had such low technology...

Indians did hate each other and they did sell each other out to the Europeans. The tried to play the different white "tribes" off against each other. Some sided with the French others sided with the British, whos hatred for each other in Europe spilled over into N America, and fought against their Indian brothers who sided with their friends enemies. The Natives on the coast of New England wanted to control who the natives from the interior traded with and wanted to made peace with the whites.
