@Timewarpiaman You mean Buster Bros. And unlike in Buster Bros., you can actually jump in this game. Not saying that makes it any better as I've never played Run Ghost Run, looks like an OK clone for a cheap price though.

Oh this is a rip off of something in the psp puzzle collection from capcom. I can't think of the name at the moment. But it's exactly like it.
