I would have taken the chance if the lowest case was 200,000. 200k is not bad, and you made it that far. too far to give up. you're basically gambling with 178k ---- which was not yours when you got there anyway --- the difference between the million and the offer minus the difference between the offr and 200k. not a bad option. I would have done it !!
