Yeah, Blue can summon a big ol' rock but does NOTHING with it but show off. What is up with that? We need sticter MUGEN guidelines on character creasion, I'm sick of overpowered beasts like Ayu Tukumiya, Isabeau, Nightmare SSJ3, and the worst of the bunch, Lord Shredder.
