  • Lentils are my favourite and this is a classic moroccan dish, GREAT in wintertime! And love your tip of hot sauce, I always put a tablespoon of Sambal on my plate ;)

    Well... you could, but your life span would decrease dramaticaly. They do not have every type of nutrient you need.

  • Nice recipe, but in Algeria we add a chopped carrot and a couple of branches of celeri with a lot more garlic (meat being optional at the beginning). mmm the taste is unbelievable! xx

  • I eat lentils very often because I lift weights and lentils are a great source of protein and many beneficial nutrients (such as folic acid). Thank you for the recipe Alia, it's easy :)

    I will be using this for sure, it will be packed with great nutrition and having crohn's UC I need all the nutrients i can get.

    Would you know any more recipes that may be good for Crohn's / Ulcerative Colitis sufffers?( no wheat etc)

    I'm really struggling with making 'bread' as without wheat (and the gluten in it) my breads are like bricks now.

    I so love the fluffy light breads like naans and ciabatta etc . any ideas ?
