@SoulDrinkers1001 Actually you might want to review that, GW specifically say "do not copy any part of our models, personal use is not an excuse". They've really started to clamp on it.
@SoulDrinkers1001 Best way is to start the shoulder pad from scratch in a different style, which sadly makes them usually look out of place. Scibor has some lovely work designed for 40k, but put it next to a 40k model and it looks horribly out of place. His commission work is good though.
I want to make some resin copies of rare warhammer models and I am worried if its legal, I am going to use Alumilite molding putty and casting resin, but I am not sure if it is illegal or is it only ilegal to sell it, as far as I know you can copy property just so long as you don't sell it
@kalegandemoraygmail When talking to a GW employee, he said that it's no a matter of 'personal use' and 'profitable use' it's simple a matter of copyright infringement if you recreate and mold any parts from GW without permission. He could just be saying that to discourage me, though.
Very cool! I like the colour scheme and how you've done those shoulder pads is superb, just watched other vids too, very imformative. Keep up the good work!
