@hypercube33 Just look on ebay or other online shops for arduino starter kits if you are new to this. You'd want one with a more powerful atmel microcontroller such as the 140mhz one for a server. Then search youtube for dot net micro programming tutorials to get you started. They are often clear & not patronising. If you wish to get started with microcontrollers regardless of using arduino boards, I highly recommend a channel by a youtube user called anajonesr. He has a beginners guide for 8mhz
