Yes you did "GOOP" it with epoxy. Those fillets look like they were done by a 2nd grader. I hate to say it but TLP kits are pretty flimsy and not a good value at all. You can get into entry level mid power kits for what they want for TLP kits. And the fact that TLP kits come with balsa fins and those cheap mylar chutes make them low on my list of desired kits.
I'm a huge fan of the TLP kits I have built 8 of them and have annother 40 or so in totes. they are very much model rocket construction, I don't consider them "midpower rockets" even tho some can use "midpower" motors and clusters

ehjoy your videos hiowever,looking at your varius videos you appear have an issue with unstable rockets(pyramids ect..)
mabey you should look into rocksim, it's a simulation software that will let you know if the rocket is stable "before" you launch it.
and save you money in the long run

Sounds like the CT moved around because the F motors were mismatched.
