Most helicopter accidents occur because the tail rotor hits the ground during landing. At 0:07 you can see the rear wheels touch down, and the chopper is leaning back too far. At 0:19 it looks like a guy falls out behind the far wheel. I wouldn't want to be near that thing when those rotors start flying apart.

the reason why he came in so fast is becasue if ur travelling over 70 kph the heli doesnt need the rotor, and its probably failed ive done this before for practice and its shit scary the first time you do it, especially with metal skids

unless the piece of the aircraft you are referring to is dressed in military getup, has two arms, a head, two legs, and gets up and runs away from the helicopter after falling on the ground - - - then yes, someone did fall off.

Have a closer look.

You can see a figure fall out by the rear wheels as the chopper spins and it lands flat. Then the figure struggles, one leg at a time, to stand up and tries to runaway in an arc but I'm not sure how far he gets.

It almost looks like he gets away but he's obscured by the choppers right wheel hub or something.
