Is this branch(although rich in new options) is waay slower or is it just me?
Anyway, It kinda pains me that I have to download n number of blender versions to get functionality I want(especially if in the end of the day I'm not sure which does what):P
It felt slower for me too, I try to find a solution changing options during the video, there's reports on the BA thread about faster and slower behaviour, I guess we'll just have to wait a bit.
I got a builds folder that's always increasing, development of 2.5 has made it difficult to add a lot of stuff to trunk.
But things are going faster now, and the way they're approaching GSOC development this year will make integration easier. :)
Just noticed that the onion branch has the matcap built , ive been having to set this up manual for quite a while,it will be a great time saver ;)

Hey, what's onion branch? Does it have something to do with matcaps?

@MartianStories It's one of the GSOC 2011 branches, dedicated to sculpting, which includes the matcap mode from 2010
