Neither, Doberman and German are around equal, they're both 'big' dogs and very powerful. Doberman are generally taller, German Shepherd are generally smaller but a bit more bulky (not muscular as they both are muscular dogs). But it's not really about who's the strongest, even though they both have a bad reputation, both are good house dogs+guard dogs. Train them properly or bad things could happen.

@RushOrCampOnCoD the weight is completely different, cause the German Shepherd male: weighs 70 - 100 pounds while the Doberman male: weighs 60 - 85 pounds. Also, the GSD has a bite force twice of that of a Doberman

You cannot know for sure what breeds were used. But the two main breeds were Rottweiler and Greyhound. All the other breeds aren't certain.
