@alexis29v They'd pull either car up or out of the hole......before that strap broke. actually, it was a smart call. They already had tension with the weight of the car down hill. And for all the effort on behalf of the tow car....it was just transferring more load of the steanded car, into the sand..!! By applying a few pounds of force upwards on the strap, they gained 10X that in horizontal pressure. Too late to save reverse, though.
ive had to pull my friends jeep out twice and some guys lifted ford in my 86 454 powered s10 blazer with stock rear axle and ifs. thought that it would have been my that would need to be towed out.. but guess i had the power and skill to know what i could and could not do
@isantimn bust reverse the menodola 2 d is famous for having a bus (091) sized reverse gear that is really spaced out not tight its super losse lots of gear meesh so by putting to much power to the reverse the gear will just strip out
You haven't been unless you have been stuck. Multple times. Have you? Working on getting unstuck shure beats being at work.
