  • he has a lebanese origin....and lebanese federation invited him two years ago to join the NT

  • He's Australian, mate...

  • he has a lebanese origin....and lebanese federation invited him two years ago to join the NT

  • @ralfbkooora Yep, but he was born and raised in Australia and it is believed he will try out for the Australian National Team this year.

  • we should respect his decision regardless he will be with lebanon or australia

  • @ralfbkooora Yeah, no doubt. It will be hard for him to get into the Australian team though with all the big men we have, but I think he's a chance. He's having a great season in the Australian league!

  • but i think he is one of the best on position 5 in the australian league how will it be hard for him to get into the Australian team??

  • @ralfbkooora I agree, I think he is the best centre in the league. But Australia has alot of very good centres playing overseas like Andrew Bogut, David Andersen, Nathan Jawai, Aleks Maric, Aron Baynes, AJ Ogilvy and Luke Nevill. I'm not saying they are all better than him, but Australians tend to overrate those who play overseas, and players like Bogut and Andersen will get in just because of their name. I would love to see him make the team though!

  • @AiRcAmErOn

so it's a good news for us :P...and i think it is better for him to join the lebanese team because we don't have a player on position 5

  • @AiRcAmErOn His race is lebanese but yes he is a Australian citizen.
