The printer works great, but the entire thing is very shady. I bought the printer and have printed nothing but black for 4 months. Suddenly the CYAN ink runs out. I realize it uses a tiny amount of cyan ink to clean the heads while printing, but I never printed color, ever. I have no problem with the factory ink being small, but it wont even let me print in black. It simply says "Out of ink" and hits me with links to buy more ink on their website. What a load of bullshit. Do not buy this printer
mine is broken... after about a year and we barely used it... they want me to take it into vancouver to get it repaired... I think it only cost me 70 dollars? thats the same cost of me putting my car onto the ferry across to vancouver then there is the price of gas and the price to get it repaired... its simply less expensive to smash it with a hammer and buy a new one.
