  • @MaralizeLegawana Yes it is, it was actually developed at the top gear test track! That's why it did such a great time lap on the show.

  • Amazing car, amazing manufacturer, amazing F1 team! I think people need to see the Top Gear episode where this car sets a stonking lap time if you are in any doubt of how amazing it is!

  • Looks like a mix of a Lotus Evora, 458 Italia, Gallardo, and R8. I like it

  • tht mclaren is cheaper than the mclaren f1

  • This is yet another awesome car that I will never have the luxury of driving.

  • You McLaren fanboys make me not want to like this amazing car.... you're all total dorks.

  • @DThaeman what makes a "McLaren fanboy" ??? lol ...liking the car? having your jaw drop when you look at the technical R&D into this car's chassis alone? Not to mention the other aspects of the car that are ahead of the pack.

If you don't like it, fine, if you are annoyed by "fan boys", ignore them. How could "dorks" ruin a car for you!?! lol...

  • leave the kid alone. He's probably just a Ferrari fan boy.

  • rip off, looks like 18k in materials. Injected frame and body = junk Just mold everything and paint it? CRAP!

  • @FOXnewsAlien haha shows how much you know. its probably the most advanced car on the road! its the first production road car to have acarbon monocell (like an f1 car), and it has other new stuff such as a pre-cog gear box and brake steer. and getting 600bhp from a 3.8 is quite an achievement, but it has the highest horsepower to CO2 emission ratio of any combustion angine on the planet as well! you thick arrogant bastard who knows bugger all about cars!

  • @FOXnewsAlien That's how F1 cars are made dude. Are you serious? The way they mold this chassis is damn clever, somehow integrating hollow bits where they need them while keeping structural integrity. How would you like it built? Using a hammer and nails? Or perhaps a chassis built by hand out of aluminum. There is no possible way to get a chassis lighter or stronger than how this is done. If you want an old school ladder frame go buy a hot rod with a frame that isn't boxed, this is an exotic.

  • @FOXnewsAlien hahahah your getting so much shit.

  • @FOXnewsAlien 18k? dude, this thing is a masterpiece from a design and an engineering standpoint. It outperforms, has better specs, and is made better than the Ferrari 458 Italia

  • @mclarenf101 2 thumbs way up man :) !

  • @mclarenf101 wanna bet ? 458 Italia is much better im sure

  • @trbossdoggy um.... the mclaren is faster, has better acceleration, corners better, has a more advanced chassis and is more comfortable than the ferrari. according to top gear, the only thing it's missing is the "soul" of the ferrari. watch the top gear review. you'll see....

  • @mclarenf101 lol even your account name is mclarenf1 its already impossible that you support another car so i dont say anything but i know the truth so well.

  • it lokks just like a new lotus ...

  • McLaren should have kept the central driving position.

  • @07SuperchargedSS would have been cool, but would it have been cost effective? and cost was a core issue.

  • Fuck me to afford shit like this, i'm gonna have to turn over 2 banks a day with how broke the banks are.

  • I'm sold.. this thing is gonna be awesome! :)

  • UGLY

  • looks nice actually, i prefer the f1 though

  • Just a bad copy of the Ferrari 458 Italia !

espacially when you look at the similar aero features at the rear and the 7 speed gear box ... and for sure it won't beat the ferrari anyway..

  • @AndZzo101

i bet my house this will be the better car!

i dont think it lookd like the italia, when i first saw italia i thought it was amazing in the pictures, but in the flesh not so good!! it will be a good fight though between them!

  • @AndZzo101 beat the ferrari in what? looks, maybe not, speed yes

  • @AndZzo101 you ever think they look alike because there both designed for Aerodynamics....I mean planes look similar for the same reason you dip shit.

  • @vorjay

I didn't expect anything else from an crackbrained american without any knowledge of cars like you look closer at both cars and you see what i meant to say. No other cars use this sort of maiking the air streaming into the engine and generating downforce

-->think first, than argue and dis so.

  • @AndZzo101 oh Mr "Deutschland uber alles" trying to act like you know what you're talking about. I think they were going with a design that was trying to do what was proven to be efficient. I think there trying to separate themselves from Ferrari with there engine and chassis....I would expect a Hyper-organized and efficient German to understand that...

  • @vorjay

    uh that hurts ..yes definitely

  • @AndZzo101 This was designed before the Ferrari

  • 458 italia any one?

  • uninspired design. looks like from the 90's

  • Looks like a Lotus

    Rubbish

  • if i was only a central banker

  • wow but F1 ftw

  • finally some good news!

  • nice cars

  • BLAME THE PRESIDENT

  • haha ford getting grants to develop engines!? BS what about a grant for me to start a business.

  • Oh they can do that too.

  • McLaren isn't worried about the economy?

    $191,000.00 sticker price.

  • uh..its not the first? howabout mclarens road legal and road going Mclaren F1?

  • @KuostA mclaren F1 is street and road legal man

  • @JKTProductionzIncNCo WTF. I JUST SAID THAT. and you just reiterated my point. im saying the car in this video isnt the first.

  • @KuostA dude rlax this is an open forum y ru being so defensive wen nobody has sumthinbad 2 u gheez
