  • Ive got the 01 as well. Its a great bike. Mine has been to 155 sustained for 4 minutes. It only has 9k on it, so its still pretty fresh. I have an 05 cbr600rr, with lots of mods, it's a whole different beast. I dont think I will ever get rid of my rockets. Thanks for posting your vid.

  • I miss my f4i. GIXXERS UP!!!!

  • Killer bike mate!

  • this video always fires me up to ride my f4i, great vid great bike

  • I had a F1, but fuck me I only hit 155 on it.

  • Damn, it's 235 degrees farenheight? that's cold af.

  • @daverdiculous 235 cold? sarcasm? i trip out when my f4i hits 235+

  • 168 mi = 270 km/h good result

  • Man I don't think I've seen my CBR600F2 over 140 and I ride that thing HARD.

  • ive got a stock 2002 600 f4i and mine goes that fast i thought it would go faster then this if it was done up

  • nice, i got a 99 F4, no one believes they go that fast but then again they dont have the balls to find out...

  • what camera mount are you using?

  • squid

  • Finally someone who makes a video in mph not km. Great video ... Ride safe .

  • Thanks man, I appreciate you pushing it that hard so I could see what this bike will do; looking at purchasing one.

  • @WHATTHECOOK1

Learn how not to use the word but

  • Nice video bro I had a 2002 Honda cbr600f4i, I had a scorpion slip on k&n oil filter and k&n air filter racing spark plugs. An I hit about 179mph but before all of this I only hit 163mph. But I only weight like 140 something but I was 14 at the time! But now I have a 2009 Gsxr 750 and only gone about 157 haven't topped it out yet!

  • 35000 miles and still going strong u just cant kill a honda i might have to change up my bike nice vid btw was the power commander worth it and was it a realy noticeable difference

  • when you say air box mods do you mean just dropping in a new high flow filter or something else?

  • i've had my stock f4i up to that fast.. just think it took a little bit longer to get there. sweet vid!

  • Haha I love these bikes. I have an '03 f4i with a power commander, two bros exhaust and air box mods. Mine does rougly the same speed. I hit 171 the other day and can beat modern day 600's with it easily ha

  • Bike starts at 225 degree F. Video ends at 190 degree F. Ahaha, that's what about 170+ of wind does. Lol

  • MAN I SEE A GUY ON A HIGH WAY RIDING LINE 150M AND HE FELL BODY PARTS EVERYWHERE SO NOT GOOD TO RIDE BIKES

  • got 2 love and respect the CBR F4 baby.....got 2!

  • Damn, 168mph? That's fucking fast..

  • you got some BALLS.i would never dare go that fast..lol.. so cool.... ! i just got a 2001 cbr 600 f4i , its in the shop for the fuel pump. my first bike .

  • well as of yesterday i went past 150 on my f4i and was still pulling but had to back her down because of a sharp turn on the interstate near where i live. hopefully going to get her dynoed this weekend

  • what powercommander map do you have? a custom one or one off their website? and its a yoshi rs3? cause i have the exact same setup but never pushed my bike past 140mph

  • @orangecounty175, not sure I didn't do any of the the tuning myself but it was a custom tune with the other mods listed.

  • @orangecounty175 there must be somthing wrong with your bike. I had a bone stock 1990 cbr 600 that would do 140

  • @orangecounty175 c-mon bro, u got to 140 but didnt push it the extra 20-30 mph? it makes no difference when ur going that fast lol, ur gonna die anyway if u fuck up. might as well go all out.

  • u didnt top it out

  • nice man what size sprokets you running?

  • @2strokeysmokey89, Vortex aluminum 520 mod with stock 16/46

  • @JeremyDeal i have vortex 525 so they dont wear down so easily but i have -1/+2 configuration. how much is that affecting top end? is my speedo still accurate? it has torque like a BITCH

  • Comment removed

  • @squarecnix When you go down a tooth in the front it affects the bike more than going up in the rear . You are down in the front AND up in the rear , so there will definitely be a top end mph loss . But you will gain on the low end and go faster when starting out in 1st gear . Your speedo and odometer will be off too , making it look like you are going faster than you really are .

  • @CrazyD50 i tried to tell a CHP motorcycle officer that and he didnt buy it. he told me that modern bikes read off the front wheel not the sprocket so he didnt buy it and i got a ticket for 76 in a 55

  • @squarecnix Dude , you were going 21mph over . You were going to get that ticket no matter what . lol . An F4i speed sensor is on top of the motor underneath the tank .

  • @CrazyD50 i dont have a F4i i have a 2006 600rr but I want to know how much lower my top speed will be because the sprockets and how much my speedo is off

  • fucking nice this is what i like to see

  • is over reving when shifting like this gonna kill the motor ? im just curious since i have done this a few times on my bike...sorta unintentionally thou

  • @favthings There is a rev limiter around 14,500 rpm, so he isn't really over-revving.

  • Great vid!
