  • @ConnecticutProd The shop needed to do repairs on her during the year - things kept popping up, and the shop wanted to make sure they did a quality job. Then the hurricane came in September (I think it was then) and the repairs that had to be done put the shop crew even further behind on #40. Now that she's out, she'll be running for a good while!

  • @bigjim4life, Although I've only been to the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad once, I do have a Don Stephens photograph of #40 sitting on the tracks by the station at New Hope. It is good to see her out and moving again.
