  • I like your videos a lot. I mostly train around the olympic lifts and assistance exercises, but I was thinking of incorporating more stuff like this. I'm not sure how you manage/measure progression with this type of workout though. Do you know where I can find info?

  • @iloton Cheers man and i really operate on a crossfit/strength/oly lifting mix with some straight cardio session i.e. 20-30mins running or rowing. Its really easy to manage progression as i aim to beat my or someone elses times on the workouts i do so i can always do it again in a few weeks to see the progress.

Go onto the crossfit main site and really work from there

  • Nice workout dude. Thumbs up. ;)

  • good job man. found your blog recently and really enjoying it. its in my regular bookmarks i check daily.

  • @Mirrorb4ll Cheers and pass it on to others that might benefit so more can train right and get in great shape

  • Like "the workout you do is better than the workout you dont" ! Good one to keep in mind

  • @bridgerwild cheers and there are certain days when you are not feeling 100% but just have to get it done any way - hope you are enjoying the blog
