Actually, the song isn't stolen. Jonathan Coulton releases his work under the Creative Commons License (which is stated in the credits), which means other people can do what they want with it, as long as they do not profit from it, which I don't. He even encourages people to make videos inspired by his work (essentially free advertising). I met him at a concert and he is very appreciative of his fans an their projects. Spiff has made many videos with JoCo's personal blessing.

I think what's better about this is the fact that the Dwarf in the Spiff one doesn't suit the song, er doesn't look good. Plus he used killing Murlocs and stuff for the work. This one makes more sense with him acctually being at a shop. Plus the effects.
