@szegvaridora if you do it slow it sounds wrong. i sang it too, and i agree, a little bit slower would be great but you have to have a flow in it!

OMG. I'm completely speechless at the awesomeness of these women! All I can say, F-N AAA Altos. Completely delicious, rich and gorgeous Contralto timbre. Granted this is not THEE BEST recording of this Masterpiece, but you certainly rival any professional Women/Women Chorus' out there, and you're a High School Chorus! Brava!!

Our choir is doing this song. We're doing it in english though, cause a lot of out girls can't handle doing it in German, unfortuantly... I wanted to sing in German so bad :P

Never heard this sung by a choir before... The German pronunciation needs a little improvement, but other than that - well done and very nice!

Enjoyed this recording. Nice blend. I love the outfits also; long blue skirts and black tops or it it a dress. Can't tell in picture. But I love the color combo; something othere than concert black but still classical looking.
