Wanna kno what is freaky. The first past where you see a flash of stuff as they are puling up. I paused and was trying to scoot the little bar a few seconds ahead just as the cam got freakky and on pause, I could carefully go though it by moving it by a few seconds. I saw the girl and the plates but that was it. All that other jumnble within, I was unable to see it unless I simply paused when they flashed up (which is hard to pause in fast motion scenes) The dumbfounded me.

Good job, but if you wanted to make it more convincing, the contrast between your silliness, and the "added material" should have been sharper, and maybe the "girl", less intrusive. Make her a more subtle background, and less "Ringu", and you have a passable fake.

You could have pulled it off, with a few artistic changes.

I love the Evil Dead-esque visuals, in what I assume was to be the "original video".
