Yes, that's just my ignorance of international airports showing as luisTHC spotted over a month ago. It made for a challanging takeoff in the next phase of the journey :)
i´m actually already using fs2004 because i´m not have a video card compatible with dx10... what video card are you using in fsx??.. and you`re are running under windows vista??
8800GTX card and yes, running Vista 64-bit. There is no DX10 for FSX yet but the game has become better since the release of Service Pack 1. I can now turn up the traffic without the massive loss in fps that I used to get.
hey thats NOT los teques... there is no airport there... no matter what u may have read or seen in wikipedia or google earth hehe thats oscar machado zuloaga airport... it serves caracas but it´s actually closer to another city nearby named charallave... the airport has a webpage... u can google it and u will find it... apart from that... nice video! and prefect landing!
Lol, yes, we eventually established it was Charallave but the city I fly over near the end subtitled "Caracas" was Los Teques I think. The video is cut (due to 10 minute time restriction) so it's not clear that the airport wasn't that near the city.
These World trips are for me to practice flying and improve my Geography :-D You can see both need practice ;)
Well done, nice edit.. But i think that in an international flight to Venezuela from Usa the destiny must be Maiquetia and you land on La carlota i'm not sure, was Caracas but La Carlota.. But was nice, good music choice..

You're probably right about the destinations, my Geography is terrible, but "Dewed up Scope Airlines" can fly anywhere :-D Leg 3 will need to be a short one I think if I'm to take off from that airoprt's short runway it'll likely need to be a light fuel load... I'll find out what airport it really was then. I'm sure it was Caracas, but not the big, big one that I should have went to.
You are from Venezuela, yes? I searched for the airport... It was Oscar Machano Zuloaga International (SVCS) in Charallave. So the City was likely Los Teques and not Caracas.

Not long. Time compression really cuts out the boring bits ;)
Spec is Q6600, 1 BFG 8800 GTX, 3x 10k rpm HDDs and a few other bits and pieces.
