Well, you are just flat out wrong. The Buck shoots at 275 fps. You said you read 350 on the daisy store, well, the daisy store clearly says, "MAX. MUZZLE VELOCITY: 275 fps." for the Buck, so, you couldn't have read 350 on the Daisy store site. Furthermore, the kit Red Ryder says 285, NOT 275 as you say. Regardless of what that says or what you thought you read, it is FACT that the Red Ryder shoots at 350fps and the Buck at 275. I have a few of each. Go ahead, call Daisy and ask genius.

Most of the velocities that Daisy lists on there airguns aren't even right. The only way to find out the fps is use a chronograph and test your airguns yourself. It says 350 fps on the box of the Buck and 275 fps in the Daisy store. It says 350 fps for the red ryder and 285 on the Red Ryder kit, so when you say the Red Ryder shoots 350 fps your not making much sense. Because in fact the Red Ryder in the kit is the same gun that comes in the box, same internals and spring.

whatever it says the fps on any package of any gun you can always beleive that the people that make the fiream stretch its capabilities. so you can subtrack 50-100 fps on just about any airgun tht you see.
