I like the original versions on the Coleco and Commodore 64 better. This game introduces al kinds of annoying extra's that don't improve the traditional gameplay of the real Miner 2049'er. The game sequel Bounty Bob Strikes Back! is also very good, even better.
@edzzzwin I think it's a good game, but it kind of does not stay 100 percent to the original formula. I'm not saying the graphics are bad, but some of the level layouts are way off. However, with that said I've played worse remakes, like the one for Quest For Tires, which was just GOD AWFUL
@edzzzwin what I was basically saying was that while I think this game was decent, to me, it's not a true remake. I would call it more of a fangame, but not a remake

@WinterXL remakes have no added features. Fangames are made by people who have fantasies of what they wanted in a game

Easy compared to the Atari 2600 version, you needed EXACT timing there.
