For you timeline Brahms helps but seals Silmeria ppl, this game takes place before VP: Lenneth chronologically,hence the scenes with Barbarossa. Using that as an example, we see Barbarossa get killed "in real time" so to speak, and then as a flashback in VP: Lenneth (I know it's time travel but it's the best way to say it).
it should go like: "feel the power of darkness! finishing strike: bloody curse!" then when the enemy dies, he then says: "my strength is the sword of the oppressed" :D
Hmmm....somethings bothering me here, why did he seal Silmeria in VP: Lenneth? Unlike here Brahms is supporting Silmeria. The story seems to be complicated. T_T
@honeyarth Brahms made an agreement with Lenneth to protect Silmeria. During the cutscene after beating Hrist and Arngrim, Brahms says "now it's my turn to save you." Lezard changes history so that he took Silmeria and Freya crystalized Brahms. See, this is the whole reason they need another canon VP game, focusing on Brahms story cause there is sooooooooooo much too him he needs his own game.

Lezard was just pretending from the start w/out knowing of his companions that he came from the future using Dipan's time machine.And there was a part that Lenneth mentioned that Odin in her time no longer exist. When Loki unleashed the destruction of both Asgard & Midgard the only human who was able to survive was Lezard since he possessed the Philosopher's stone.
He is The Perfect Tank, A massive amount of HP, great Defense, great attack, great soul crush, and, to round it all off, the ability to heal for the amount of damage he does. plus he comes with the skill Dylan knew.
I remember Valkyrie Profile Lenneth, he kept owning me every time I fought him. I dread the Bloody Curse being used by a "near god enemy"(my nickname for badass opponents). Even even watching it here i'm still scared of it.
Ya. I'm refering to VP1. You are supposed to talk to him and refuse to fight (which is part of the requirement of getting Ending A, and reducing your Seal Value as well).

My Brahms is waaaaaaaaaaay Stronger. Deals 200,000+ Damage. He was one of the only 2 that survived the battle against the Ethereal Queen. I recommend him to every one.
He uppercuts an enemy, does a flurry of punches while in the air, knocks the enemy back to the ground (main attack in the soul crush) and punches the enemy on the ground while creating 4 more waves of demonic energy that hurt the enemy also, for a grand total of 17 hits.
true his new voice is cooler.and between "feel the power of darkness"and"my strength is the sword of the opress",well...umm,cant he just say both?lol.i think that he shoul have a differnet defining phrase,i mean finishing strike is for humans,divine assault for aesir(maybe all gods too?),and he being an undead should have something like i dont know"evil force!"(lol not quite that sucks)

So he is essentially fighting for his own purpose, rejecting both the undead and the gods and only fighting with those who have the same purpose as him. As is Arngrim, in both games.

That's probably because in the Japanese version of VP2; Brahms' says something completely different than in Valkyrie Profile 1 during a Soul Crush.
