They sent a letter for him to STEP DOWN as Letoya and Latavias manager. Not the group. They wanted a manager who would look out for there best intrest and not just Beyonces. But even if Beyonce was hurt or didnt understand as a friend she should have talked to toya and tavia and tryd to resolve it. Not just put to new members in a group! They were her FRIENDS, and they were hurt and felt as though they were being mistreated and they just replaced them!
