Gosh, I went to that hotel once. Absolutely HORRIBLE! And your room was much better than mine. Seriously. I ended up leaving after being in the room for 5 minutes [no exaggeration.] and the dill-hole guy at the front desk wouldn't refund my money. Ugggghhhhh!
All of xenia is not like that but I have to say you stopped in a no tell motel. other wise you should have had a hooker to go there..or be homeless...lol. Ive stayed in worse in columbus...i had a guy knock on my wall and want to know if i had some crack. if thats the worst place ya have ever stayed..wow..ya have had it easy..its gets way worse..for under 40 bucks a night nowadayas ya cant complain. if ya paid more the guy screwed ya royally!

It's not even in Xenia, it's some little blink on the world called "Old Town" or some shit...
