While all are saved; their are different ministries. Although women must have prepared the last supper, none; not the BVM nor St. Mary Magdalene, were present. A fact that cannot be ignored.

There is a simple verse in the Bible that answers all this : "a bishop shall be the husband of one wife" and ahem also, "no homosexual shall ener the kingdom of heaven". Also, ahem, high church practice is merely a historical extension of Pagan Rome and unchristian.
If any group of people is not qualified to serve as clergy of any level, then don't baptize them. Baptism is initiation into the mystical body of Christ. Once you're there, you're there. Period. No further questions.

It's very telling how Bishop Iker uses the phrase "let them get away with it" more than once... if he's this backward about ordaining/consecrating women, it's a waste of breath to even discuss gay baptized folk in the church - very much like talking to one's hand. Perhaps Episcopalian women should wear veils and quietly iron the altar cloths?
