I would've put a 16 ft. 2X12 in between them and just walked across or whatever length that was required. But maybe you like going up and down ladders?
Neat, I was wondering how you pulled this off. How does the rope not slip after you've pulled it up as much as you can, though? Is there some sort of locking mechanism in the pulleys or are you just really quick to tie it up to something?
How much did those trusses cost. I would like to get something like that.

Why didn't you put the ladders on the insides of the containers? Are you exercising? :-)
