@StayingAnonymous2 my piercer did it like this with two of my dermal anchor, i got no probs! of course you schould not tear it out on your own, i meant: go to your piercers and tear it out.

@greedylittlebaby You don't ever tear it out, you have it surgically removed, either by a doctor/surgeon or by a piercer.

no you DO NOT tear it out, get your piercer or a doctor to make an incision and take it out for you. best to go with the piercer because doctors arent too forgiving while doing that procedure.

go ahead and rip it out if you want to damage your skin and leave a nasty scar. im best friends with an AMAZING piercer who does his job right. if you want to rip your out go ahead but you shouldnt be advising others to.

they really dont hurt that much at all. at least not with a dermal punch.

i just got mine done last night on my high cheek bones/corners of my eyes...i adore them and it barely pinched at all. looks painful there but it really isn't. he used a dermal punch and they are healing great right now, especially with the h2ocean spray.

I LOVE the dermal close to the eye!!! I'd like to have one just there...but I've 2 dermal on my back and it was absolutly the most painful piercing I ever had!!

but your piercer did it so quickly!!! (for me it took half an hour for 2 :S)

maybe if I found someone like him I can thinking about it!
