i gotta say, despite all of the MadokaxHomura shipping, i'm more partial to KyoukoxSayaka. as such, i love this song. too bad Sayaka was too hung up on Kyousuke to become anything more than friends with Kyouko. but maybe they'll meet again in the Heaven that Madoka Kamisama guides Puella Magi to when their Soul Gems run out of energy.

I agree that this Song is beautiful, but seriously, I wouldnt call them a couple. o_O Not one single time in the show did sayaka show any feelings for Kyouko whatsoever. If anything it was a one sided crush. I didnt see Sayaka appreciate her or even care about her once.

Well, Madoka did make some stupid decisions (throwing Sayaka's soul gem, not asking more questions, etc.) No matter how much I liked her, Madoka WAS useless until the very end.

But then again, that was the point. Everything Madoka learned, and how she grew as a character, was to build up to the end when she made her decision.

@kauverify2 You're neglecting that was only one timeline version of Madoka. One which Homura had purposely honed to be that way so that she might somehow save her. It's not like Madoka was lways useless, or did those dumb things. In many of the timelines (likely most) Madoka was actually a very powerful and wise person, whom Homura looked up to.
