I don't see why everyone hates black ops....I am a little above average player, I play both mw's, and I got at least 1st place most the time, 2nd place some times, 3rd place less the time etc...I play Black Ops and its more challenging. They took sniping and put it in its place. You can still quick scope, its just harder. So quickscoping is more of a pro thing now. Also the guns are balanced, the killstreaks are bs but not as bs as MW2. I'm not saying Black Ops is the best, but its a good game.

If you don't like it, don't play it. Multiplayer in Black Ops is hoooorrible!! It takes AAAALL the skill out of the game with all the perks, guns, killstreaks, and that makes the game boring! CounterStrike, has ruled the pc fps-gaming for 10 years, before call of duty 4 came out.

You can tell GUNNS play mostly on PS3, because most people who I hear saying the same thing aren't playing it on XBOX. I played Black Ops on my friend's PS3 a few weeks ago and got so frustrated, i almost had to buy my buddy a new Playstation controller. The lag was terrible and I noticed several people throughout the the 15 games or so I played using glitches and other exploits. I havnt hd any issues nearly as bad on my Xbox since shortly after the game was released. In my opinion, Xbox reigns

Last night, i got your girl into last stand. I used deep impact to double tap her Bouncing Bettys. She sucked me like i had iron lungs, i am glad i had juggernaut. We went all night using Extreme Conditioning. Her sleight of hand got me to Sonic Boom all over her face. luckily for her i used steady aim so none of it went on her hair. We went round for round because i was packing Bandolier. And you didn't here us because we were both using Dead Silence.
He was also referring to 'hacks' that make the game unplayable, not just level hacks, It may be unlikely but I can believe that 90% may have hacked to 10th, I highly doubt that 90% of the 50,000 people that still play mw2 (45,000~) people know how or can be bothered to get a wall hack/aimbot/infinate health hack.

I agree with you 100%. just like you said, Black Ops makes me want to smash my console. I talk to my friends about how I had A LOT more fun playing MW2. I didnt even like WaW. Infinity Ward is just so much better. There is a lot of hackers but that was the fun part, killing them when they think they are so good. Black Ops snipers are the worst and MW2 snipers were the best. I like going back and playing MW2 but none of my friends do. Im trying t encourage them. but i do like zombies. Thanks!

alright black ops is pissing about 90% of my friends and its pissing me off to... but its really funny that a bunch of the commentators destroyed mw2 but now are regretting it because they thought bo would be so much better..... so haha to u.... and also i was just in a mw2 and mw1 and they were both hacked so thats truthfully their only downfall... and you just have to learn to deal with the types of things like dangerclose and shit its just a part of the game
Gunns, I am a die hard playstation fan, I have been since the PS1 came out, will never buy an Xbox. I originally subscribed to NGT because you were one of the few entertaining PS3 directors. If you're really this frustrated with the poor quality of BO on the playstation start playing on the Xbox I don't think too many subs will hold it against you. Besides you are going to start playing on the xbox when the map pack comes out anyways.
You can say whatever you want about the multiplayer experience, but as a package Black Ops is the most fun and fulfilling Call of Duty game to date. Split-screen online when you have a friend over, combat training when you don't feel like trying hard online, and full-party zombie games all night... I mean this is the average buyer's DREAM game. I loved MW2 when I played it, but I feel no incentive to return to it. 50% of the time that game was pure stress and an exercise on not losing your cool.

The only thing I really hate about MW2 is the quick scoping with sniper rifles and too many noob tubers. But MW2 overall is way more fun, getting into games, loading up the game and joining friends online is 10x easier than BO. I find myself playing MW2 more and more again. I think they should re-think Black OOPs! yes Oops not ops
The same point apply to the sniper rifles. We are used to the sniping in COD4 and MW2. The sniping works, and its actually FUN to use a sniper rifle. We dont need change. We dont care about you Treyarch trying to be different by adding stupid "sway" everytime you scope in and fucking things up. If Treyarch took what was already there in past COD games, and improve upon it. Instead of changing things. BO would definitely be a better game than it is right now.

I have to agree with you Gunns. I didnæt play Black Ops for a couple of days and when I played it again I found myself frustrated about the game, rather than having fun while playing. I love Black Ops and every aspect about it, but when Treyarch are just sitting on their asses doing nothing at all (thats how I feel) to fix the game, I just get pissed off by how they (and probably Activision) treat us gamers who bought this game. I call this a lack of repsect and support for us gamers.

Honestly, MW2 was my first COD game. I enjoyed the campaign alot, Spec ops was loads of fun. The Multiplayer, I played for a long time. About 8 months atleast, I went from being a noob to expert player. Thanks th NGT. Then Black Ops came out. I played the story, didn't like it. Voice actors were the only +. The multiplayer was trash. The game could have been better If MicroM didnt pay off Activision. Ps3&PC version were bad. This had worse patches than MW2. The game has nice elements but fails.
P.S: Black ops is a great game....actually every COD is a great game....The problem? you want to know the problem!? its the COMMUNITY!!!! and u can never fix that!

First time i played waw i hated it and never played it again. I bought blops on release day and was bored with it the first week. I have 2 days played time on blops. MW2 is way better, even with its flaws. Treyarch sucks, I wish i didn't sell mw2, i'm going to buy it again. Post mw2 games gunns.

I too don't enjoy playing Black Ops. When I played MW2 before Black Ops came out, it pissed me off alot, but I enjoyed it more than I got frustrated by it. Now that Black Ops came out, I just wish I hadn't spent my money on Black Ops. I was so pumped for it too and I got put down real bad. I just don't like Black Ops, playing it is like torture, full of boredom.
@HoneyReno They all do 40 damage up close, with the exception of the python, and the auto-CZ75. The Python does 50, the AutoCZ does 30. They have a short range, but the drop off is pretty long. They all have minimum damage of 20, so it will never take more than 5 direct hits to kill, as long as they don't heal. The Python only drops to 30, meaning it will never take more than 4 hits. They all have 1.4x to the head. I'm a nerd, whatever.
I just think of it this way. Mw2 is a really hot chick but when you find out about all the diseases she has, you are disgusted but bang her anyway. And black ops is also a hot chick she has no diseases but is not as good in bed as mw2. You are turned away by both. You have a better short term experience with mw2 but a better long term experience with black ops in exchange for a less appealing short term one. In the end i love both games :)

It's a disgraceful state of affairs, and if you've played the PS3 version recently, you'd know what I'm talking about.
There's nothing IW, activision, or even Sony can do about it, so I guess I hafta hold out on MW until MW3 comes out.

I agree with you 100%. just like you said, Black Ops makes me want to smash my console. I talk to my friends about how I had A LOT more fun playing MW2. I didnt even like WaW. Infinity Ward is just so much better. There is a lot of hackers but that was the fun part, killing them when they think they are so good. Black Ops snipers are the worst and MW2 snipers were the best. I like going back and playing MW2 but none of my friends do. Im trying t encourage them. but i do like zombies. Thanks!

Gunns, I am a die hard playstation fan, I have been since the PS1 came out, will never buy an Xbox. I originally subscribed to NGT because you were one of the few entertaining PS3 directors. If you're really this frustrated with the poor quality of BO on the playstation start playing on the Xbox I don't think too many subs will hold it against you. Besides you are going to start playing on the xbox when the map pack comes out anyways.

You can say whatever you want about the multiplayer experience, but as a package Black Ops is the most fun and fulfilling Call of Duty game to date. Split-screen online when you have a friend over, combat training when you don't feel like trying hard online, and full-party zombie games all night... I mean this is the average buyer's DREAM game. I loved MW2 when I played it, but I feel no incentive to return to it. 50% of the time that game was pure stress and an exercise on not losing your cool.

The only thing I really hate about MW2 is the quick scoping with sniper rifles and too many noob tubers. But MW2 overall is way more fun, getting into games, loading up the game and joining friends online is 10x easier than BO. I find myself playing MW2 more and more again. I think they should re-think Black OOPs! yes Oops not ops

The same point apply to the sniper rifles. We are used to the sniping in COD4 and MW2. The sniping works, and its actually FUN to use a sniper rifle. We dont need change. We dont care about you Treyarch trying to be different by adding stupid "sway" everytime you scope in and fucking things up. If Treyarch took what was already there in past COD games, and improve upon it. Instead of changing things. BO would definitely be a better game than it is right now.

I have to agree with you Gunns. I didnæt play Black Ops for a couple of days and when I played it again I found myself frustrated about the game, rather than having fun while playing. I love Black Ops and every aspect about it, but when Treyarch are just sitting on their asses doing nothing at all (thats how I feel) to fix the game, I just get pissed off by how they (and probably Activision) treat us gamers who bought this game. I call this a lack of repsect and support for us gamers.

Honestly, MW2 was my first COD game. I enjoyed the campaign alot, Spec ops was loads of fun. The Multiplayer, I played for a long time. About 8 months atleast, I went from being a noob to expert player. Thanks th NGT. Then Black Ops came out. I played the story, didn't like it. Voice actors were the only +. The multiplayer was trash. The game could have been better If MicroM didnt pay off Activision. Ps3&PC version were bad. This had worse patches than MW2. The game has nice elements but fails.

First time i played waw i hated it and never played it again. I bought blops on release day and was bored with it the first week. I have 2 days played time on blops. MW2 is way better, even with its flaws. Treyarch sucks, I wish i didn't sell mw2, i'm going to buy it again. Post mw2 games gunns.

I too don't enjoy playing Black Ops. When I played MW2 before Black Ops came out, it pissed me off alot, but I enjoyed it more than I got frustrated by it. Now that Black Ops came out, I just wish I hadn't spent my money on Black Ops. I was so pumped for it too and I got put down real bad. I just don't like Black Ops, playing it is like torture, full of boredom.

@HoneyReno They all do 40 damage up close, with the exception of the python, and the auto-CZ75. The Python does 50, the AutoCZ does 30. They have a short range, but the drop off is pretty long. They all have minimum damage of 20, so it will never take more than 5 direct hits to kill, as long as they don't heal. The Python only drops to 30, meaning it will never take more than 4 hits. They all have 1.4x to the head. I'm a nerd, whatever.

I just think of it this way. Mw2 is a really hot chick but when you find out about all the diseases she has, you are disgusted but bang her anyway. And black ops is also a hot chick she has no diseases but is not as good in bed as mw2. You are turned away by both. You have a better short term experience with mw2 but a better long term experience with black ops in exchange for a less appealing short term one. In the end i love both games :)
