Lol, Special Suits? What the hell. Anyways this happens when tapes are recorded over many times. When places use the same tapes and rewrite them constantly, images can be burned into the tapes, leaving a trace on the screen.

Invisibility is bending light sources around a object so the refractions make the object seem see through. You can still see the person until the camera from all different angles is upon the object. So no there is no such thing as an invisibility "cloak" its just light and camera tricks kind of like a projector.

You need cameras at all angles to be refracting against the object so the light bends around it and makes it look see through. It isn't very good though, hence why ITS STILL ONLY A PROTOTYPE. Military wont be able to use it as its in the testing stages and Japan would not share this with other countries.

The "ghosts" on these security cameras are imprints burned on to the recording. The camera's film hundreds of people walking in and out just like that and it saves or burns an image and plays back. kinda like some tv's get permanent screen damage from video games if you leave it on pause on the same image for a long time.
