Any conscientious CCW holder won't drink while carrying no matter where they are. We heard these same unsubstantiated outcries when they passed this in AZ and guess what... no incidents. Drinking while carrying is illegal, always has and always should be. However, banning guns from restaurants that serve alcohol is gonna keep out who? Criminals with intent to rob or kill?

now THATS a dream scenario. I dont carry, but i would rather be surrounded by law abiding citizens who are carrying for protection in a restaurant when a shooter enters and starts firing.
