Boundary Waters Pike

ya it's great catching pike, walleye and bass in the boundary waters or anywhere up here in NE MN... caught a Clear Muskie on Crescent Lake in August west of Grand Marais.. now that was a first... just usin' a large bass spinner... northerns love those..

Caught it on minnow/bobber. It was early in the season, just a few weeks after ice-out. We had a hard time getting them to hit anything other than minnows. However, when you go they will probably be hitting just about anything you throw at em. Spoons, crankbaits, soft plastics, big spinners. Have fun, I'm going back soon also.

@ignatiusreilly1994 Have always lovrd watching a bobber with a minnow, just loved it when down it goes! That was definately an eater!

what did u use to catch that? I am going there in a couple of weeks and i want to catch pike
