@londonacid1 Todd McFarlane's Spawn 90s series. The Maxx. That is all I can come up with for now. And you have to remember, America focuses their mature content is Hollywood movies. In terms of animation, we don't take it as seriously as Japan, even though we are better animators. We just dismissed animation as more of a Kid thing. Oh and also there is Batman, Superman, Batman Beyond, and Justice League, all belonging to a line of DC cartoons known as DCAU. All these shows are better than anime.

...u know u theres gotta be something wrong when the japanese are making more justice to an american comic than the americans.....seriously those liongate /marvel movies....suck lazy animation and simple style while this one looks impresive and fluid with great effects...i just hope they dont do something stupid with the characters thats all

@Merc5953 Disappointed in Iron Man I can understand. Wolverine, on the other hand, has been pretty tight. The first couple of episodes were pretty much taken from the 1982 comic book series with a few modifications.

@Scythewielder137 First of all, the "trailer" for Wolverine was just test footage. None of the footage was taken from the show as it was here, so I'm pretty sure these designs are here to stay. Secondly, Wolverine looked like vintage Billy Ray Cyrus in that test footage. Far from awesome in my book, haha.

@Scythewielder137 What you're talkin' about, that very first Wolverine trailer, was test animation, not to mention all kinds of bad. Wolverine looked terrible even for a anime rendition. These designs are what we're gettin'. I'm pretty more than sure that these were scenes from the actually series anyway.
